Save my signature PilatesBody Method 30 minute workout! I’m using a small Pilates ball, 5lbs hand weights, and gliders - but equipment is totally optional! Listen to your body as always!!

Here’s the workout breakdown:
🤍45 seconds on, 15 seconds off
🤍Go through it at least once but aim for 3 times through!

This is the perfect 30 minute full body routine if you wanna feel strong, sculpted, and energized without a huge time commitment (most of my workouts are about 30 mins or less!)

Save this for your next workout, try it with me, and tell me how you feel after because I already know… Pilates never misses!!!!!!
